As a Career Real Estate Broker and the Owner of Snap Realty, I am not a team.  Just my assistant Carol since the 90's and I.  We are not a big team with over ten active listings at one time.  I am your direct contact for everything, and I answer the phone.  My approach is to be creatively driven, using the latest in technology on multiple platforms, such as Google Maps and over one hundred real estate websites ensuring we use the datasets for each website which does not mean IDX.  When we list a house, we don't just put it in the MLS and post it on Facebook.   We do those things but refuse to be placed in such a tidy little box.


We use Google Location Data Management with a Matterport 3D Camera and place the Tour using Google Street View on Google Maps using the Matterport platform.  We create a detailed Guided Walk~Through Tour on YouTube, obtain a Detailed Floorplan from a 3D Virtual Tour using a Matterport camera to best showcase your home.  The 3D Virtual Tour also gives Potential Buyers the ability to see an object in the room of their choice.  From Grandma's Armoire to their Favorite Sofa from Pottery Barn or maybe even a Vase on the Mantle from Amazon.  When you are looking at homes, they all run together.  It is important to stand out and provide vital detailed information.  Having all these tools also eliminate unnecessary showings.

As you will see on our website, we research, listen, understands, and follow Local Government to craft our ideas for our clients to achieve their goal.  We use these strengths and experience to provide, our buyers and sellers with an advantage.
